Mr. Kerr founded Kerr Consulting Group in 1992. He is a published author, international lecturer and well-respected management consultant specializing in corporate transformation, strategy formulation, business process redesign and Internet & technology management and planning.
Consulting with many Fortune 100 firms, Jim can claim such diverse organizations as The Home Depot, JP Morgan Chase, Mitsui Sumitomo, IBM and the Joint Chiefs of Staff as clients.
Jim is an author of three books, several instructional video tape series and dozens of articles. His most recent book, The Best Practices Enterprise: A Guide to Achieving Sustainable World-Class Performance (J. Ross Publishing, 2006) is available in bookstores or online. It focuses on strategic planning methods and practices. Through a strong dedication to research, he ensures that Kerr Consulting Group's practice areas continue to provide cutting edge solutions to it's clients.
A graduate of Bentley College located in Waltham, Massachusetts, Jim earned an M.S. degree in Management Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute -- where he continues to teach graduate-level Strategic Planning courses in its Lally School of Management.
